Upon completion of the survey we will specify recommendations to amend or alleviate causes of dampness within your property.​

 

We can detect and offer professional advice on how to eradicate problems caused by Rising Damp, Penetrating Damp, Water Ingress, Condensation and also Interstitial Condensation.​

 

Our surveys employ dielectric moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, gravimetric moisture analysis, and calcium carbide testing equipment to assess areas of concern. Combined with external inspections, we aim to identify the type, cause, and significance of any detected dampness. Subsequently, we will produce a comprehensive report detailing our findings along with recommendations for any necessary remedial actions. We always ensure that the age and construction of the property are considered.

 

We are totally independent and do not undertake remedial treatments; thus, our inspections and recommendations remain thorough and unbiased.​ We are ABBE CSDB Certified and our surveys are recognised by major banks and building societies.
